Terms of Service
Last updated: 15 September 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of greatfy.io (the “website”), operated by Greatfy (“Greatfy”, “we”, “us”), based in London, United Kingdom. By using the website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. About these Terms
These Terms cover use of the website only. Any automation, audit or consulting services we provide are governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work or services agreement signed with each client. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed client agreement, the client agreement applies.
2. Using the website
You may use the website for lawful purposes to learn about our services and contact us. You must not:
- use the website in any way that breaks any applicable law or regulation;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its server or any connected system;
- introduce viruses, malware or other harmful material;
- submit false, misleading or spam enquiries, or automated form submissions;
- copy, scrape or reproduce the website’s content for commercial purposes without our permission.
3. Savings calculator and estimates
The payroll savings calculator and any figures shown on the website — including example results, case study metrics and automation timelines — are provided for general information only. Calculator results are illustrative estimates based on the values you enter and standard assumptions shown alongside the calculator. They are not a quote, guarantee or financial advice.
Actual savings, delivery timelines and results depend on your business, systems and processes, and are only confirmed in a written proposal following an operational audit.
4. Requesting an audit or plan
Submitting the request form does not create a contract or commit either party to any work. We will contact you to discuss your needs, and any engagement — including scope, fees and timelines — will be agreed in writing before work begins.
5. Intellectual property
The website and its content, including text, design, graphics, logos and the Greatfy name and brand, belong to Greatfy or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own reference, but you must not use our content or branding for any other purpose without our written permission.
Client case studies are shown with permission. Third-party names and trademarks (such as n8n, WhatsApp, Supabase, Xero or QuickBooks) belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility.
6. Accuracy of information
We work to keep the website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all content is complete, current or error-free. We may change or remove content at any time without notice.
7. Third-party links
The website may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices, and a link does not mean we endorse them.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the website available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or restrict the website for maintenance, security or other reasons.
9. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the website or its content — including calculator estimates — whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise. In particular, we are not liable for loss of profits, revenue, business, data or goodwill, or any indirect or consequential loss.
The website is intended for business users. If you use it as a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.
10. Privacy
We handle personal data submitted through the website in line with our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page with the “last updated” date. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
